Women's Ministries

Women need one another in order to navigate the joys and struggles of life. We grow best when we grow together. This is why we encourage women to get to know God and one another through Community Group studies, Circle gatherings, and other women’s ministry opportunities. Here are our current offerings:

The WIC Circle meets on the first Wednesday of each month from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.

September thru November - Ladies' Bible Study on "Through His Eyes" by Jerram Barrs. Jerram Barrs seeks to answer the fundamental question: How does the Lord see women? In the pages of this book is a happy exposition of the dignity and glory the Lord showers on women. Case studies of women from both the the Old and New testament reveal God's perspective on women, then and now. Women will be encouraged to delight in their creation and calling. The study will be led by Stephanie Kooienga and meet in the Ladies' Parlor from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

Women In The Church are invited to attend the 38th annual meeting of Grace PresWic, Tuesday, Oct. 18, at First Pres. Hattiesburg, 9:30am (registration), brunch will be served. A nursery will be provided. Please RSVP to the church, 374-6880 by Monday, Oct. 5th so the church can prepare
